Ilhan Omar says Clarence Thomas ‘needs to be impeached’

Time to impeach Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, says one member of Congress.

Rep. Ilhan Omar, a Minnesota Democrat, made the declaration Thursday in response to leaked text messages obtained by the House Committee investigating the Jan. 6 Capitol riot that show the justice’s wife, conservative activist Ginni Thomas, pressing former White House chief of staff Mark Meadows to overturn the 2020 election.
