Republican Mitt Romney will return to the commonwealth Thursday to raise money in Richmond, Lt. Gov. Bill Bolling’s office confirmed Tuesday.

Bolling serves as chairman of Romney’s Virginia campaign and will be at the fundraiser Thursday evening. Gov. Bob McDonnell will stop by briefly as well, his political office said.
