FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. (AP) — Federal agencies working to address uranium contamination on the Navajo Nation met most of the objectives outlined in a five-year plan.

But a report released this week by the U.S. Government Accountability Office shows the agencies fell short in two out of the eight objectives.
