All charges against a man in Blue Rapids, Kansas, who flew a “F*** Biden” flag outside his house were dropped Wednesday after the American Civil Liberties Union of Kansas came to his defense.
“F*** Biden and F*** you for voting for him!” the flag reportedly read.
