Fugitive in Fla. trooper crash caught decade later

MIAMI (AP) — A man convicted in a fiery alcohol-related crash that severely injured a Florida state trooper has been captured after 10 years as a fugitive.

U.S. Marshals Service spokesman Barry Golden says Panamanian authorities arrested Samuel Silva last week. Silva was flown Monday to South Florida.
