RUTLAND, Vt. (AP) — It’s Memorial Day weekend, and both the Vermont State Parks and camp sites within Vermont’s Green Mountain National Forest are open for the season.
National Forest spokesman Ethan Ready (“REED-ee”) says there are likely to be a few wet spots, but for the most part, trails and roads within the forest are in excellent shape.
