Ivanka Trump, responding to questions about Donald Trump’s health records and what he plans to release, spoke glowingly about her father’s health, declaring it “unbelievable.”
Appearing on “Good Morning America” to discuss the GOP nominee’s plan for child care, which he rolled out Tuesday night, Ivanka Trump waded into talk about his health records. Renewed talk about health records has come in the wake of Hillary Clinton’s medical episode on Sunday while attending a memorial commemorating the 15th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks.
“I cannot,” Ivanka Trump said when asked if she can reveal what he plans to release on the “Dr. Oz Show.” “I’ll allow him to release it when he does. But I will tell you that the strength, the stamina that is required of what he does every day is unbelievable.”
“I was out on the campaign trail with him for one day yesterday, and I need this coffee in the morning,” Trump continued. “His health is unbelievable. I should be so lucky to keep his schedule these days.”
Trump was taping his appearance with Dr. Mehmet Oz on Wednesday morning. However, campaign aids said Trump has scrapped plans to review the physical he took with his doctor on Friday.
Instead, Oz and Trump will discuss “physical activity, dietary habits, and broader health-related issues.”
