The Republican Party’s Senate campaign apparatus has severed ties with Roy Moore, a day after the Alabama Senate candidate was accused of engaging in sexual contact with a 14-year-old girl when he was in his early 30s.

According to Federal Election Commission records, the National Republican Senatorial Committee removed itself Friday from a joint fundraising agreement with Moore’s campaign. The Alabama Republican Party and the Republican National Committee still belong to the agreement.
