LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (Legal Newsline) – Arkansas Attorney General Dustin McDaniel filed a petition on Tuesday seeking to compel a Fort Worth, Texas-based credit repair company to respond to his requests for information about the company’s business practices.
McDaniel asked the Pulaski County Circuit Court to prohibit CMCS Services LLC from doing any business in Arkansas until it responds to a civil investigative demand issued by his Consumer Protection Division in December.
