Vinifera World Tour Dinner, Saturday Each year, Vinifera Bistro in Reston offers a series of its World Tour wine dinners. One Saturday a month, the chef and sommelier focus on a specific country and highlight the food and drink from that region.

This Saturday, the spotlight is on France. Chef Bo Parker will offer small dishes such as bouillabaisse, frog legs, foie gras and pate Au pheasant. General manager and wine director Jason Meringolo will personally select vino to pair with the food.
