The body of a 55-year-old Baltimore County man, who apparently died while jogging or walking, was found on the athletic track at Woodlawn High School early Monday morning, police confirmed.

“We got a 911 call at about 4:45 a.m. that a body, believed to be dead, was on the track,” Baltimore County police spokeswoman Vicki Warehime said. “It appears he died while exercising, and there doesn?t appear to be any foul play involved at all.”

The name of the man has not been released, as police said they are still trying to notify the next of kin. The county Medical Examiner?s Office said results from an autopsy could take a day or two, but are made available only to police.

A spokesman for Baltimore County Public Schools said Woodlawn High School opened on time, and classes ran as scheduled.
