Speaker Paul Ryan tried to “put people’s minds at ease” on Sunday, saying that neither Congress nor President-elect Donald Trump was planning on a new deportation force to send millions of illegal immigrants out of the United States.

Ryan, R-Wisc., said the party’s top priority is securing the border.
