TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) — A Florida judge is being asked to move election dates this fall and adopt new districts for Congress.

Circuit Judge Terry Lewis ruled that the state Legislature illegally drew Florida’s congressional districts to primarily benefit the Republican Party.
