ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (AP) — An inmate has been found dead inside a cell at the Pinellas County Jail hours before he was scheduled for sentencing in a sexual battery case.
The Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office says detention deputies found 38-year-old Larry Kobielnik hanging in his cell early Thursday.
