Prince Harry will attend the Obama Foundation’s first summit in Chicago later this month on Halloween, Kensington Palace announced Thursday.
Harry will discuss youth leadership, including his involvement in the Full Effect project, a U.K. initiative that gives opportunities to young people, at the event on Oct. 31.
