DURHAM, N.H. (AP) — A dining hall at the University of New Hampshire will be transformed into an Italian-American restaurant for two nights for the next gourmet dinner hosted by hospitality management students.
The restaurant, dubbed VentiQuattro to represent the 24 students participating in the gourmet dinner class, will be open Friday and Saturday night at Stillings Hall in Durham.
