WASHINGTON (AP) — Former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton is offering her condolences to those who were killed, hurt or lost their homes when a tornado struck Arkansas.

Clinton said during a speech Monday in Washington that having lived many years in Arkansas she knows “exactly where the big tornado hit” and “how devastating that can be.”
