Roofing & Insulation Supply has signed a lease with Elkridge-based H&H Rock Cos. for 10,800 square feet of space at Hollander 95 Business Park in Baltimore.
The Dallas-based wholesale distributor of roofing and insulation materials becomes the second tenant in the planned 611,000-square-foot business park. The company joins T-Stats, a wholesaler of heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment, which leased 17,000 square feet of space at the business park this fall.
T-Stats expects a February 2009 move-in date to Hollander 95.
“The common element of our first two tenants are their involvement with the commercial and residential real estate industries, and we expect further leasing interest in this supplier sector moving forward,” Bradd Caplan, vice president of commercial development for H&H Rock, said in a statement.
