Congressional candidate Marjorie Taylor Greene invested thousands of dollars into the technology industry she has condemned on the campaign trail.
Greene, a Georgia Republican who has been tied to the conspiracy theory group QAnon, invested between $1,001 and $15,000 in Alphabet, Amazon, and Facebook, according to a report from Legistorm. She also invested between $15,001 and $50,000 in Apple. Greene has repeatedly condemned large technology companies throughout her campaign, even listing Big Tech as one of her campaign’s “enemies.”
“I’ve made all the right enemies. The Fake News Media hates me. Big Tech censors me. The DC Swamp fears me. Now Soros and the Dems are trying to take me down,” Greene tweeted just before her August primary. I’m running to Save America and Stop Socialism.”

The Washington Examiner has reached out to Greene’s campaign for comment on her investments.
In June, Greene claimed that Facebook had removed one of her videos because she was holding an AR-15. Facebook told Greene that images of weapons were not permitted in video advertisements on the platform.
Greene won her Republican primary race in August, earning praise from President Trump. Since winning her primary race, Greene has distanced herself from some of the conspiracy theories she has discussed in the past, including QAnon.
