More graphic Trump sex talk returns to bite his campaign

After a 2005 video resurfaced showing Republican Donald Trump making lewd comments about sex with women, even more examples of his past graphic language about women bubbled up over the weekend.

CNN on Saturday posted several audio clips from “The Howard Stern Show” wherein Trump was a frequent guest.

In the various interviews, Trump comments on his daughter Ivanka’s “voluptuous” figure, having sex with women in their menstrual cycles and on how it’s “check-out time” once a woman turns 35.

Stern’s show has long been known for its graphic nature and Trump has defended his past language as simply the work of him as an “entertainer.”

After the 2005 video was published Friday by the Washington Post, Trump released a rare apology for the comments in them.

“I’ve never said that I’m a perfect person, nor pretended to be someone that I’m not,” he said in the apology video. “I’ve said and done things I regret and the words released today on this more than a decade old video are one of them. Anyone who knows me knows these words don’t reflect who I am. I said it, I was wrong and I apologize.”

Even so, dozens of GOP lawmakers and leaders have distanced themselves from Trump, some of whom have even called on the Republican National Committee to replace him as the nominee, including Utah Sen. Mike Lee, South Dakota Sen. John Thune and Alaska Sen. Lisa Murkowski.
