SANTA FE, N.M. (AP) — Guests at a bed and breakfast in New Mexico could be served wine and beer with food under a proposal that’s cleared the House.
The measure by Democratic Rep. Dona Irwin of Deming would create a new low-cost liquor license that could be issued to the owner or operator of a bed and breakfast providing lodging for no more than 20 people.
