It?s one of the newest and arguably one of the most modern-looking buildings in the city. With a sleek and sophisticated feel from lobby to penthouse, 500 E. Pratt St. features a mirrored glass exterior and views of the Inner Harbor from every floor.
“You?ve got a building that has been constructed on probably the last site on the Inner Harbor,” said T. Courtenay Jenkins, III, a vice president with Trammell Crow Co., the leasing agent and manager of the building. “The building is oriented to the harbor so office tenants get great views, and you?ve got a world-class restaurant on the ground floor and another retail location soon to be announced.”
The 279,000-square-foot building?s three top tenants include the Reznick Group, Saul Ewing and Aon Corp. It is also home to one of Baltimore?s fastest growing advertising agencies, Planit Advertising. The building is currently 95 percent leased, said Jenkins, and leasing rates average about $30,000 per year. The building also includes an attached 945-space parking garage.
