Examiner Staff Writer Montgomery County on Tuesday banned cars from the front yard, joining many Washington-area jurisdictions.

But some are calling the crackdown a veiled attempt to punish immigrants for lining residential properties with tow trucks, mobile eateries and stationary cars.
