$200,000: The amound per episode the cast of ABC’s “Modern Family” — Ty Burrell, Sofia Vergara, Eric Stonestreet, Jesse Tyler Ferguson and Julie Bowen — are looking to land come contract negations, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Ed O’Neill, who is currently the highest paid member of the cast, is not looking for a pay bump, according to sources. Currently, the actors make $65,000 per episode. Their contracts with the show are up at the end of March.
“Modern Family” is TV’s No. 1 scripted series among young adults, and is the highest rated sitcom since “Friends” and “Will & Grace.” The show has won two Emmys for Best Comedy, as well as acting awards for Stonestreet, Bowen and Burrell.
