PEORIA, Ill. (AP) — A suburban Chicago man has pleaded guilty to federal charges of obstructing justice and filing false retaliatory liens against government officials.
Justice Department officials say 42-year-old Tyree Davis Sr. could face up to 40 years in prison at his sentencing October 15.
