Anchor Chris Cuomo has been suspended from CNN indefinitely, the network announced Tuesday.

The move comes after the New York Attorney General’s investigation into Cuomo’s involvement in the sexual harassment scandal of his brother Andrew, then the governor of New York. While Chris Cuomo had admitted to advising his brother about how to handle the accusations, the documents that came to light Monday showed a “greater level of involvement than [CNN] previously knew,” the network said in a statement.
