CHICAGO (AP) — The city of Chicago is kicking off another season of PlayStreets, neighborhood events which close streets to traffic and temporarily turn them into playgrounds for games, dancing and fitness classes.
Mayor Rahm Emanuel and the Chicago Department of Public Health announced Friday that more than 140 PlayStreets events are planned in 26 neighborhoods.
