Shocking allegations revealed in lawsuit against Paula Deen

Paula Deen and her brother, Bubba Hiers, are being sued by a former employee of their Savannah, Ga., restaurant, according to the Associated Press.

Paula and Bubba, the co-owners of Uncle Bubba’s Oyster House, are being accused of some pretty scandalous stuff.

Lisa Jackson, who was once the eatery’s general manager, filed the lawsuit in Chatham County Superior Court.

Let’s break down some of the allegations:

» Bubba used the N-word in reference to President Obama, often made racially charged comments at work and once violently shook a black employee

» The restaurant required black staff members to use the back entrance and banned them from using a customer restroom that white staffers were allowed to use

» Paula herself used the N-word in front of employees

» Bubba sexually harassed Lisa and once told her he loved her

» Paula made sexist comments about women in front of employees

» Bubba routinely viewed pornographic websites at work

» Bubba distributed pictures of two women having sex at an office meeting

» Bubba drank on the job

» and Bubba spat on the former general manager during a disagreement.

These allegations are shocking, y’all. We’ll definitely be keeping an eye on how this plays out for the Queen of Southern Cuisine.

So far, the star and her brother have been mum, but a lawyer representing Paula is calling the allegations “false.”

“From this point forward we’re not commenting,” he told ABCNews.com on Tuesday.
