Former NFL superstar Terry Bradshaw has listed his Oklahoma ranch for $22.5 million in his second attempt to sell the property.
Bradshaw’s 8,600-square-foot home sits on a 744-acre property in southern Oklahoma’s Red River Valley and has been in operation as an equestrian and cattle ranch. It can house over 100 animals, with a 12-foot-tall stallion barn, complete with a grooming area, a 20-stall show barn, a 50-stall mare barn, and a 20-stall weanling barn, according to the listing from Icon Global.

This property was last for sale in 2014 for $10.8 million and remained on the market until 2016. It was recently purchased in a sale that ultimately fell through, according to the Dallas Morning News.
“Unfortunately, despite a series of contract extensions after repeated assurances and promises from the buyer, as well as his agents and other representatives, the buyer sadly failed to follow through, perform, fund and close the transaction,” Icon Global’s Bernard Uechtritz said in a statement. “So as of today, the entire ranch is back on the market, and it’s now not a matter of if it will sell but to whom. The property and facilities are a turnkey-ready proposition for a major equestrian player in the horse business or continued use as a cattle or private recreational ranch.”
The patio alone spans 1,000 square feet, complete with a kitchen. A 2,600-square-foot manager’s house and four-bedroom bunkhouse also sit on the property.

“[My wife] Tammy and I are both sad to leave this great big ranch and our wonderful home, which has been our idyllic retreat of so many years; however, it is time that we slowed down a little, freeing us up to travel more as well as enjoy new grandchildren, family and other interests,” Bradshaw told the Dallas Morning News.

Recently, Bradshaw, who won four Super Bowl titles within six years with the Pittsburgh Steelers, has been seen losing his train of thought and slurring his words on his regular program Fox NFL Sunday. His seemingly deteriorating performance has triggered some on social media to speculate on the state of the Hall of Famer’s health.
