RICHMOND, Va. (AP) — Virginia is toasting Barboursville Vineyards for a fourth time.

The vineyard between Charlottesville and Culpeper has won the 2013 Virginia Wineries Association’s Governor’s Cup for its 2009 vintage Octagon 12th edition. The honor was announced late Thursday by Gov. Bob McDonnell, who has been a big booster of the state’s growing wine industry.
