DURHAM, N.H. (AP) — The University of New Hampshire is introducing students to a wide range of cuisines and culinary techniques with a new series of classes for adults.
The classes are being offered by the culinary arts program at the Thompson School of Applied Science, and include a series that explores Italian cuisine, and another that teaches basic knife skills and cooking techniques. There are also several “bite-size” classes on topics such as yeast breads and baking.
The classes, which are held on Wednesday and Friday nights, can be taken individually or as themed series.
