CHICAGO (AP) — Construction contracts have been awarded for work on two Chicago Transit Authority train stations on the busy Red Line on the city’s North and South sides.
The transit board Wednesday awarded both contracts to Walsh/2-in-1 Joint Venture. The work will replace and expand existing stations at Wilson and at 95th/Dan Ryan. Construction is expected to start this fall.
