SPRING BAY, Ill. (AP) — Flooding of the Illinois River has damaged a restaurant in Spring Bay and the owner says he doubts he’ll be able to reopen.

Brad Rohman said Tuesday afternoon that he owns Bemer’s (BEE’ mehrz) Village Inn with his father and brother. The restaurant is about a block away from the Illinois River just north of Peoria in central Illinois. It’s famous for its pork tenderloins.
