Caterer to open cafes at 2 Chicago train stations

CHICAGO (AP) — A catering company will open cafes at two Chicago Transit Authority train stations following approval Friday of leases by the transit board.

Wilmette-based Butterfield Kitchen will operate cafes at the Roosevelt station serving the Orange, Green and Red Lines and at the Jefferson Park Blue Line station.
