NAPLES, Fla. (AP) — A 49-year-old man from southwest Florida has died while awaiting trial on first-degree murder charges in the deaths of his wife and son.

A Collier County Sheriff’s spokeswoman told the Naples Daily News (http://bit.ly/1oU3DCr ) that Jose Suazo died under hospice care on Tuesday.
