CA senators want improved bus safety after crash

LOS ANGELES (AP) — California’s U.S. senators are calling for improved commercial bus safety after a deadly crash on a mountain highway.

Democrats Dianne Feinstein and Barbara Boxer said Thursday the government needs to tighten vehicle inspections and safety rules to weed out potentially dangerous vehicles.
