Schiff: Trump doesn’t have a problem with a shutdown because golf at Mar-a-Lago would be ‘unaffected’

A top House Democrat argued Tuesday President Trump doesn’t see a problem with a government shutdown because it wouldn’t affect his personal properties.

“How could a shutdown be good, with parks closed, gov’t services unavailable and people furloughed?” Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., tweeted. “Answer: Golf at Mar-a-lago unaffected.”
