A Baltimore County gymnastics instructor is facing federal charges of receiving and possessing child pornography, according to the Maryland U.S. Attorney?s Office.
U.S. District Court Magistrate Judge Susan Gauvey ordered Patrick Bogan, 42, of Edgewood, to remain behind bars Monday after his arrest Friday.
