D.C. Council plans new hearing on CFO, lottery

The D.C. Council has scheduled another hearing to probe accusations of impropriety in the office of Chief Financial Officer Natwar Gandhi.

Ward 2 Councilman Jack Evans, whose Committee on Finance and Revenue held a hearing in October on Gandhi’s office, has planned a second session for Dec. 13.
