DALLAS (AP) — Dallas police officials say snafus with a new computer system led authorities to mistakenly release more than 20 inmates.

Most of the inmates are accused of property crimes but some are facing felony charges that include domestic violence. Officials said Wednesday the inmates were released this month from the Dallas County jail without posting bail days after their arrests.
