D.C. Mayor Vincent Gray slammed city lawmakers Tuesday evening for approving a batch of proposals that he says the District cannot afford.

“I think that’s kind of irresponsible,” Gray said during a meeting with reporters. “Whenever I did legislation, I tried to figure out where the funding was coming from.”
