WHAT: After losing the payroll tax cut fight on the House floor, declared “the Republicans have taken hostage these 160 million people” who are the middle class. WHY IT’S DIM: Terrorists take hostages. Bank robbers take hostages. Kidnappers take hostages. Hoyer is a voice of moderation?
