Suspects in NYC identified in brazen $4M jewelry heist

The New York Police Department has identified two suspects in the gunpoint robbery of a prominent Manhattan jewelry store that boast celebrity clientele.

The NYPD announced Tuesday that they are seeking information leading to the arrests of Jaysean Sutton, 39, and Pedro Davila, 27. The robbery, which was caught on camera, took place at Avianne & Co., a store where performers like Nicki Minaj and Justin Bieber are known to shop, according to the New York Daily News.

Investigators estimate the men stole about $4 million in goods, who posed as customers before pulling out guns.

Police said that workers at the boutique Diamond District shop were bound with duct tape and zip ties during the robbery. Sutton was dressed in a suit and fedora and Davila was wearing a black bucket hat. Another accomplice who has not been identified is seen in the footage sporting a red and black bandanna.

Police are asking the public to contact them with any information about their whereabouts.
