Pippa Middleton, younger sister of Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, married James Matthews on Saturday.
Middleton’s nephew, Prince George, and niece, Princess Charlotte, participated in the wedding party, along with parents William and Kate. Charlotte was a bridesmaid in the wedding, as children often have roles in aristocratic British weddings, according to a report in People magazine. Prince Harry attended as well.
The ceremony took place at St. Mark’s Church in Englefield, England.
The event has been dubbed the “royal wedding of 2017” by the British press. Swiss tennis star Roger Federer attended the ceremony. More celebrities are expected to attend the reception, including Prince Harry’s girlfriend, actress Meghan Markle.
Matthews, a hedge fund manager, and Middleton became engaged in July.
