Former Zapp’s execs entering tortilla business

GEISMAR, La. (AP) — Two former top executives with Zapp’s Potato Chips are going into the business of making tortillas.

The Advocate reports (http://bit.ly/WyDKyL ) that Rod Olson and Kevin Holden have begun work on a $2 million, 11,475-square-foot plant in Geismar.
