WATCH: RNC releases supercut of Kaine’s debate interruptions

The Republican National Committee released a video Wednesday showing just how often Virginia Sen. Tim Kaine interrupted his GOP opponent during Tuesday’s vice presidential debate.

The RNC counted 72 times when Kaine interrupted Pence throughout the 90-minute debate.

Kaine was praised by the Clinton campaign for unloading on Donald Trump during his first and only debate against Indiana Gov. Mike Pence. However, some said the Democratic vice presidential nominee’s repeated interruptions, especially in contrast with Pence’s cool demeanor, allowed Trump’s running mate to come out on top.

An instant post-debate CNN poll found that 48 percent of viewers saw Pence as the winner of the debate, compared to 42 percent who thought Kaine won the night.
