VICKSBURG, Miss. (AP) — Authorities say thieves were busy in recent days three casinos, stealing one vehicle and breaking into three others.
Vicksburg Police Capt. Bobby Stewart tells The Vicksburg Post (http://bit.ly/15mWcOW ) that a red 2008 Ford F-250 pickup truck with Louisiana license plates was stolen late Friday night from the parking lot at DiamondJacks Casino.
On Sunday, he says, three guns and other items were reported stolen from two vehicles at Riverwalk Casino. Then early on Monday, $150 was reported stolen in a break-in of a vehicle at the Ameristar Casino.
The two burglaries Sunday at Riverwalk are believed to be related, Stewart says.
