HUNTLEY, Ill. (AP) — Police in suburban Chicago say a fatal weekend shooting in the McHenry County village of Huntley took place during a family dispute over living arrangements.
Officials say an autopsy is scheduled for Wednesday on the body of Robert Grundei, who died after he was shot in the head and shoulder. His brother, Mark Grundei, is in critical condition after being shot in the head. Their mother, 81-year-old Alyce Grundei, was treated and released after being grazed in the head.
Huntley Deputy Police Chief Michael Klunk says the family members were arguing about living arrangements following the sale of a home.
So far, no charges have been filed.
