As millions around the world watched the funeral services for Queen Elizabeth II, some noticed an uninvited guest.
A spider was seen crawling atop the casket of the queen as it was brought into Westminster Abbey.
If you look closely at the video below, you can see the arachnid crawling on a card atop the flowers, not far from her crown.

Royal watchers on social media were quick to take notice.
“This is how you find out that the Queen was really ‘Spiderman’ and the spider was her power crawling away to the next monarch,” one woman wrote.
“I dont know why so many people are creeped out by the little spider on the Queen’s flowers. It’s a good omen. I was delighted!” another tweeted.

There’s no word if the now famous spider will also attend the upcoming coronation ceremony for King Charles III. So far, a date for that ceremony has not been announced.
