ABERDEEN, S.D. (AP) — The Aberdeen City Council has given initial approval to a ban on texting while driving.
Final approval could come on July 1. Aberdeen would join Sioux Falls, Mitchell, Watertown, Brookings, Vermillion and Huron in passing bans.
